Arrangements for children’s home life and concerns for their wellbeing, following a relationship breakdown, are always at the top of our client’s list of priorities, whether they are the parents or other relevant adults or family members. We actively encourage both parties to negotiate and explore whether matters concerning their children’s care can be dealt with by way of mutual agreement. Unfortunately that is not always possible, and where necessary, we will assist our client in seeking the court’s assistance in obtaining an order confirming with whom the children live, how much time they spend in the care of the other parent and that arrangements are in place that are in the children’s best interests.
Issues can arise in relation to other important matters, such as the children’s education. Again, we can assist in the event that an agreement cannot be reached and court proceedings are required.
Our legal teams have a genuine passion for what they do. Their specialist knowledge is an absolute given and they take pride in working with clients to help them achieve the results they seek in their professional and personal lives.
