Amanda graduated from the University of Sussex with an Honours Degree in Law before gaining a Distinction on the Legal Practice Course from the College of Law in Guildford. She qualified as a solicitor in 2004 and joined Berry and Lamberts in December 2022.
Amanda specialises in all aspects of family law. She has significant experience in resolving complex financial matters following divorce, dissolution or separation, including cases involving business assets, farms and trusts and in drafting and advising on Pre-Nuptial, Post-Nuptial and Cohabitation Agreements.
Amanda also specialises in private law children matters, including applications involving relocation of children.
Amanda has acted on many occasions in cases involving allegations of domestic violence.
Amanda has been commended by her clients for her empathetic approach and for her ability to find solutions in the most cost-effective way.
Amanda is a member of Resolution and also volunteers at the Kent Law Clinic.

When not working, Amanda enjoys spending time with her family, walking in the countryside and looking after her two horses. She is an avid reader and is slowly learning to play the piano.
