For a one-off fee, we will ensure that your contracts of employment are legally compliant and we will provide you with access to one of our solicitors in relation to any employment-related issue throughout the term of the agreement.

EmployRight is a fixed cost scheme where are you provided with:

• The statutory statement of terms of employment for all your employees (or a review and update of your current standard contracts.
• A disciplinary procedure
• A grievance procedure
• An advice line enabling you to talk with a qualified lawyer about any employment-related problem that you may have for up to 12 hours in any 12 month period.

EmployRight is designed to ensure that you feel secure in the knowledge that you have the necessary documents in place and advice at hand at a cost which is fixed.

The cost of the scheme depends of the size of your business. 

Size - Cost per annum

10 or fewer employees - £1,750 + VAT

11 to 29 employees - £2,000 + VAT

30 to 49 employees - £2,250 + VAT

50 to 100 employees - £3,000 + VAT

101+ employees - £4,000 + VAT
