Roxana is a Commercial Property Solicitor, based within the property team at our Sevenoaks office. Roxana aims to build lasting legal relationships with her clients and takes time to understand the particular business needs of a client; providing tailored solutions that are efficient and cost-effective.
Roxana qualified as a Solicitor after attaining the Master of Laws in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Law and the Bachelor of Laws with Honours degree at the University of Kent.
Roxana’s technical and practical skills include:
· All types of commercial property freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
· All types of business leases and licences relating to offices, retail premises and other commercial property
· Licence for Alterations, Licence to Assign, Licence to Occupy
· Deed of Covenant, Deed of Rectification, Deed of Surrender
· General Property Law
Outside the office, Roxana enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the beautiful Kent countryside, supporting her sons during their football season and baking.
