The final phase of our long-term restructure plan has been realised this week with the consolidation of the family law team at our offices in Tunbridge Wells and Sevenoaks. As part of this restructure, the Criminal Litigation department, headed up by Partner, Matthew Nickolls, will join forces with another local law firm under the new name of Main Nickolls LLP. This firm will be operating from Berry & Lamberts’ current Tonbridge premises.
Managing Partner, Paul Reader, says:
“Berry & Lamberts Solicitors has a history dating back over 260 years and we have had a presence in Tonbridge for over 25 years. Our long-term plan was always to strengthen our legal teams by bringing them closer together in our Tunbridge Wells, Sevenoaks and Paddock Wood offices and, in turn, improve the client experience. The increased use of video conferencing facilities during the lockdown has demonstrated that we are still able to continue to provide an exceptional service to our existing clients wherever they are located.
I’m also delighted that Matt and the team at Main Nickolls LLP are able to continue to provide their first-class service from Tonbridge.”
During the pandemic, we continue to keep our offices closed to visitors, except by prior appointment and only where it is essential to meet face to face. However, we are still very much open for business for existing and new clients whilst our solicitors in the Family, Private Client, Commercial & Dispute Resolution and Property teams continue to work remotely via telephone, email and video link.
Our teams are on hand to advise on legal matters which may affect you or your business. Please telephone 01892 526344 or email enquiries@berryandlamberts.co.uk to get in touch.
Whilst our offices are closed to the public during the coronavirus pandemic, we are offering a telephone or video link appointment service which gives you one hour of time with a solicitor for £100 + VAT. Please get in touch if you feel this type of appointment would be beneficial.
