My client wanted to update her Will and make minor amendments such as changing the executors, guardians, her funeral wishes and the age provision of when her children will inherit her estate. As these were minor amendments and did not alter the distribution of the residuary estate, I was happy to amend her Will by Codicil which saved my client £150 plus VAT.
